As we continue our Summer of Psalms, today we come to the psalm that represents the pinnacle, the reason for the highest praise. Psalm 22 is called, “The Psalm of the Cross.” In this psalm, we will see the Man of Sorrows, we will hear his groaning, we will listen to his questioning, and we will glory in his triumphing over death. God has many purposes for suffering in our lives, but one of them is to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Grace Fellowship, we can be sure that we will grow through our own sacrifice and suffering.
