Gospel of John

“If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink. Whoever believes in me, as the Scriptures have said, ‘Out of his heart will flow rivers of living water’” (John 7:37-38).

No one understands us like Jesus, no one divides like Jesus, and no one saves like Jesus. There’s no one like Jesus!

As we celebrate Grace Fellowship’s one year anniversary, we’ve come to the turning point in the Gospel of John. May our gracious God and Father always find our hearts soft, turning daily toward Jesus Christ.

In 2021, Harvard Health published a study on the effects of gratitude on health. The study revealed a strong connection between thankfulness and happiness.

“I know now, Lord, why you utter no answer. You are yourself the answer. Before your face questions die away. What other answer would suffice?” (Till We Have Faces by C.S. Lewis).

As we learn more about who Jesus is, we should remember who we are in him.

In this passage, we see the heart of Jesus for sinners and sufferers, like us.

Jesus shows us his heart and his strategy for evangelism, and then he says, “Look, I tell you, lift up your eyes, and see that the fields are white for harvest” (John 4:35).

John the Baptist teaches us the proper response to the love of Jesus Christ: humility and obedience.

This past week, I watched videos of fathers giving away their daughters in marriage.
